Bollyfit Active CIC Celebrates Outstanding Success in November’s Weight Loss Challenge

Bollyfit Active CIC is thrilled to announce the remarkable achievements of participants in its November monthly weight loss challenge. This initiative, aimed at fostering healthier lifestyles and promoting community well-being, has seen record-breaking results, with 60 participants collectively losing an impressive 84 pounds (38.1 kilograms) in just one month.


Empowering Transformations


Through a combination of guided meal plans, fitness programmes, and peer support, participants were encouraged to adopt sustainable lifestyle changes. This holistic approach has not only helped individuals meet their weight loss goals but also created a lasting impact on their overall health, confidence, and well-being.


Bollyfit Active CIC provides a non-judgmental, safe space for women of all fitness levels. Beyond fitness, it creates a community, sisterhood, and movement, fostering deep connections among participants. This unique environment encourages women to take ownership of their health while feeling supported and empowered.



Highlights of the Weight Loss Challenge


  • Total Weight Loss: 60 participants collectively shed 84 pounds (38.1 kilograms).

  • Top Achiever: Tahira Jabeen, who lost 9 pounds (4 kilograms) this month.

  • Weight Loss Sessions: Held in Levenshulme, Crumpsall, and two locations in Longsight, Manchester.

Tahira Jabeen, the top achiever this month, has had a particularly transformative journey, losing 15 kilograms over several months. She has significantly reduced her chronic pain and the need for high doses of medication through a tailored diet and exercise plan.
