Farzana Iqbal's Journey to Health and Well-being

Farzana Iqbal, a 48-year-old South Asian woman, embarked on a transformative journey through the Bollyfit Active 12-Week Diabetes Programme for South Asian women. Prior to joining the programme, Farzana grappled with numerous health issues directly linked to her struggle with obesity, tiredness, body aches, and headaches. Notably, she achieved a notable 3kg reduction in weight, marking a pivotal milestone in her journey to better health. Moreover, her HbA1c levels dropped from 71 to 64, reflecting improved blood sugar control and reduced risk of diabetes-related complications.
